Animal products contain no antioxidants,bioflavonoids,carotenoids,folate,vit c, vit k ,or those thousands of phytochemicals that are essential .


Americans eat 50 percent of calories from processed food such as oil, sugar , and white flour products .


Most of the animal products such as cheese and milk are exceptionally high in saturated fat ,saturated fat consumption correlates with cancer incidence worldwide, it also raises cholesterol level and causes heart disease .

There is overwhelming evidence that reduction in saturated fat ,dietary cholesterol and weight offer the most effective dietary strategies for reducing total cholesterol, LDL levels and cardiovascular risk .

The development of heart disease begins in childhood.


Unhealthy diet create a cellular environment favorable for the development of cancer.


Diet of children :
high in saturated fat,lots of processed(man made) food ) with dangerous trans fats,insufficient intake of unrefined plant foods.

Americans eat only 5% of calories from fruits,vegetables,beans,and unprocessed nuts and seeds, the foods that contain the necessary nutrients to maintain normal health.


We should not be surprised if our 25 year old daughter develops lupus or our eighteen-year -old son develops ulcerative colitis , once they pass their child-bearing years many of our children will be overweight ,age rapidly, require drugs for hypertension,diabetes, and heart disease , have a heart attack or die prematurely from cancer.
