Casein is the main protein found in milk, but do not confuse milk-free with protein-free as casein is found in products other than milk, such as: yogurt and ice cream and in many baked goods and other unexpected places as canned tuna.
Food Reactions:
the antibodies that result from traditional food allergies are IgE antibodies which trigger the release of histamine.
